# Terminate a lead.

This endpoint allows you to terminate a lead by either revoking, rejecting or making it ineligible and supplying a corresponding reason.

| Reject Code | Description                               |
| ----------- | ----------------------------------------- |
| RJ024       | Partner Reject: Application Incomplete    |
| RJ025       | Partner Reject: Unsupported Business      |
| RJ026       | Partner Reject: Volume Trending Downwards |
| RJ027       | Partner Reject: Increased Chargebacks     |
| RJ028       | Partner Reject: Other Adverse Event       |
| RJ029       | Partner Reject: Technical Limitations     |
| RJ030       | Partner Reject: Existing Financing        |

| Revoke Code | Description                                                                                          |
| ----------- | ---------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- |
| RS001       | The customer did not want to proceed with the offered funding amount                                 |
| RS002       | The customer did not want to proceed with the offered factor rate                                    |
| RS003       | The customer was unable/unwilling to re-route                                                        |
| RS004       | The customer was not able to finalise the personal guarantee                                         |
| RS005       | The customer did not want to proceed with the offered sweep                                          |
| RS006       | The customer did not want to proceed with the offered repayment period                               |
| RS007       | Accepted funding elsewhere                                                                           |
| RS008       | No longer requires funding                                                                           |
| RS009       | Unwilling/unable to provide extra documentation                                                      |
| RS010       | Applied to enquire how much they could be eligible for                                               |
| RS012       | Customer is unresponsive despite having been previously contactable.                                 |
| RS013       | Customer is unresponsive to Broker                                                                   |
| RS014       | Partner Revoke: Application Incomplete                                                               |
| RS015       | Partner Revoke: Technical Error                                                                      |
| RS016       | Started another application                                                                          |
| RS017       | Customer is unresponsive after multiple attempts at contact                                          |
| RS018       | Customer no longer wants to be contacted                                                             |
| RS019       | Customer does not want to proceed with current application but is still interested in future funding |

| :-------------- | :-------------------------------------------------------- |
| EL017           | Partner Ineligible: Not within requirements               |
| EL018           | Partner Ineligible: Existing funding with another partner |
