This endpoint returns offers for a lead. In the case of an instant offer this returns three offers, but for non instant offers this number can vary.
Typically, the offers provided have different sweep amounts. N.B. this does not return flexible offers - flexible offers are provided only by the 200 response from the request to calculate them.
